“Bosco and Darren were tasked in my home renovation process.
I had gotten a few other quotes from other designers but what made me choose them in the end was their sincerity and prompt follow up after a few amendments to my quotation and design.
The quotation was also very transparent in breakdown with the various itemised works,pricing was reasonable and competitive as well.
what impressed me the most was the dedication to details as well as site supervision as they were constantly updating me on the various progress of renovation whilst working on a tight timeline,which put me at ease allowing me to spend my free time with family instead of going to the job site daily.
Other ids i had approached also informed me that my renovation timeline was not feasible but Bosco and Darren understood my situation and though did not promise me that everything can be finished in time,they assured me that they will schedule more men on site to try their best to complete the job.
They were also very forthcoming and also gave their expert opinion on a few issues on design which i had proposed that were not feasible as i have children and it was not child friendly.
I appreciate that they are not a "do as told" ID,and will voice out if they have concerns to homeowners benefit.
I was very satisfied as they did finish the job even earlier than promised by a couple of days,even not needing my buffer of a few days which i secretly kept from them.
Even now after moving in for 6 months,their follow-up service is as good as day 1 as they have arranged some minor touch-ups for me

“Having a very unique low-rise walk up apartment with extensive but narrow interior, was both exciting and a little apprehensive for us, because not many ID companies have the experience and expertise to work on these type of residences. Plus, we wanted to retain the house's original peranakan feel, but not without a fresh injection of modernization. We like to take on a slightly more traditional style but yet, we were looking at ways to twist in a Nordic inspired kitchen.
LS2 Design, along with Joseph, our ID, became our partner-in-crime to transform this four to five decades old house into an exhilarating home for our family of four. Throughout the project, Joseph, who was exceptionally passionate and patient with us, made us feel that he is more than our ID; every interaction that we had with him felt like a chat or a discussion with an old friend. This was particularly important because with all renovations, there are bound to have things that go wrong or expectations that are mismatched. Joseph was there to try to see things from our perspective and help resolve the situations that we had.
Three months after we had moved in and settled down very nicely in our new home, we continued to approach Joseph whenever we encountered an issue. Just like any good old friend, Joseph is always ready to listen and help in whichever way he can."
